Shipping & Returns

To return a blank or pre-decorated product

You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at info@soapboxpromos.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in plain view on the outside of the return parcel.

What can I return? Most of the items we sell blank or pre-decorated can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition.

What cannot be returned? No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear, or that have been washed, cannot be returned.

Do I get a refund, exchange or store-credit? All orders can only be returned for exchange, or in the case of inventory issues, store-credit.

Who pays for the shipping? All shipping charges are paid for by the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded, in any manner, on returned goods.

What can I return? Due to the nature of custom decorated products, most returns cannot be accepted. Items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were shipped to you. Returns are accepted for faulty decoration (screen-print flaking after just one wash, heat-transfer peeling, embroidery threads fall out, etc.). Returns are also accepted for damaged garments (note that to claim a return for damaged garments, it must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product).

What cannot be returned? No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for sizing issues or for decoration size (i.e. graphic is smaller than you would have liked). Since all orders go through a strict approval process they generally should be no complications between what you are expecting and what you get.

However, if we missed something and you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase to discuss the issue.
